Westchester County Police officers were dispatched to an East Main Street gas station shortly after 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, where there was a report of a dispute between the man and woman who had gotten into an argument.
Police said that upon arrival, the man stated he had gotten into the argument after nearly colliding at the gas pump. The woman then got out of her car and threatened him with a baseball bat before speeding off.
The man was able to provide the license plate of the car to officers, but stated that he did not want to pursue the matter further.
